Refund Policy

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Boondock Buddies LLC guarantees the Boondock Buddy, a battery-powered water pump, against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship
  • Faulty or malfunctioning components
  • Battery and water pump performance issues under normal use conditions

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Incidental or consequential damages
  • Use of an unauthorized battery charger

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS:

  1. Proof of Purchase: To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  2. Contact Customer Service: Contact our customer service team at boondockbuddies.info@boondockbubbies.com  to report the issue
  3. Return the Product: Ship the Boondock Buddy, along with the proof of purchase, to the address provided by our customer service team. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product if the warranty is invalid.
  4. Inspection and Repair/Replacement: Once received, our technicians will inspect the product to determine the cause of the issue. If the defect is covered under this warranty, we will repair or replace the defective components at no additional cost. In cases where the product cannot be repaired, a replacement unit will be provided.
  5. Return Shipping: Boondock Buddies LLC will cover the shipping costs to return the repaired or replacement product to the customer.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS:

  • This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Boondock Buddies LLC or authorized dealers.
  • The warranty is void if the product’s tamper seal has been torn, replaced, or cut
  • Any repair or replacement under this warranty does not extend the original warranty period.
