1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship only within the United States of America.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and location at checkout. Shipping fees are not included in the price of the product.
3. Processing Time
- Orders for water pumps will be processed within 2 business days.
- Orders for merchandise will be processed within 1 business day.
4. Shipping Methods
We use UPS and FedEx to deliver your orders. For expedited or express shipping, please contact us directly.
5. Shipping Delays
We will keep you updated on your order’s shipping status. However, the shipping company is responsible for any delays in transit. Compensation for delays will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email and it will also be available in your account.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
The shipping company is responsible for all damages in transit or undelivered orders. If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
