At Boondock Buddies, we started with a problem every RVer knows all too well—refilling the fresh water tank while off-grid. As passionate campers and full-time truck drivers, we couldn’t find a solid, portable solution. So, we built one.

What began as a simple necessity quickly turned into a purpose. We designed a fully self-contained, battery-powered water pump to make life easier for fellow campers—and just like that, Boondock Buddies was born.

We’re Duane Welch and David de Sousa, two long-haul truckers who live for the freedom of the open road and the quiet peace of nature. With over 50 years of combined outdoor experience, we know what works in the wild—and more importantly, what doesn’t. That’s why everything we make is designed with real-world practicality in mind.
